We have four beautiful collections to find the perfect cuddle friend:

Yes! We are thrilled to share our companions with kind-hearted families around the world. We currently ship to most countries, with the exception of some Asian regions and remote locations. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.

Each order is prepared with love by our small team in Hemet, California, which takes 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Once shipped, you can choose from two options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Typically arrives within 10-15 business days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Typically arrives within 15-25 business days after shipping. This is an eco-friendly option perfect for planners.

As soon as your cuddle companion begins their journey to you, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow their adventure from our home to yours!

We stand behind every stitch with our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you or your child are not completely delighted with your companion, you may return it in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We are so sorry if your friend didn’t arrive perfectly. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will gladly send a replacement or provide a refund.
